Shipping & Returns


We hold massive stocks and the majority of items listed are in-stock at all times. Should an item be temporarily sold out, our policy is to advise you of the expected delivery date. If the delivery time is not acceptable to you we will offer a full refund.

Postage and Packing Per Order

£7.00 within mainland UK
(a £12.50 Supplement will apply for UK Offshore)

UK offshore consists of - Northern Ireland, Scille Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands.

£35.00 anywhere in the EU within approx. 2 Working Days
£25.00 anywhere in the EU - except Greece – within approx. 7 Working Days
£45.00 for the Rest of the World

Free if collected within 5 Working Days from our facility at Crawley. Please allow 24 hours before collecting your order.

Same Day Despatch - We aim to despatch all in-stock items on the same day of order, by Special Delivery (post), registered first class post or next day courier within the UK and by airmail, DPD or UPS overseas, but please allow 10 days before chasing or querying any item which has not arrived.

PLEASE NOTE: Some of the items we sell - such as flares, pressurised items (i.e. lifejackets) and some lithium batteries - must be shipped as "Hazardous”. To stay legal, avoid penalties and to obviate the need for investigations by the authorities (including the CAA) we ship - correctly - by hazardous carrier. This unfortunately results in additional shipping and packaging costs. UK customers will be charged a supplementary fee of £29. and Overseas customers will be charged a supplementary fee of £53.

Returns Policy

All sales are subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions - available on request, or through the Terms and Conditions page at the top of our site. No goods will be accepted for return without our prior, written permission. Any errors should be reported within five days after receipt of goods. Report any loss or damage promptly to both the transportation company and to us. Title to the goods shall pass to the buyer upon receipt of payment in full.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
